Z4管夹导向支座

管夹导向支座_Z4管夹导向支座，由管夹×2、支座×1，PTFE（聚四氟乙烯）板×1，滑动底板×1，以及螺栓螺母组合而成，主要工艺为弯制和焊接。沧州铭意管道制造有限公司生产的管夹导向支座的主体和管夹滑动支座比较相似，管夹部分多了8块加强筋，支座部分相同，导向底板两侧焊有导向立板和加强筋，另外，聚四氟乙烯板的尺寸与管夹滑动支座不同。使用时需注意：当支座放于支墩或钢结构支架上，支座的滑动底板与根部之间如需用垫铁调整高度时，应将滑动底板垫紧找平，垫铁与根部及垫铁与滑动底板之间均应焊牢。在焊接时，应将滑动板（聚四氟乙烯板）暂时取掉，待焊完后才垫入。

Z4管夹导向支座材质，铭意管道提醒您，≤300°C时，选用材质为Q235B，材料代号S；≤450°C时，选用材质为钢20，材料代号R；≤555°C时，选用材料为12Cr1MoV，材料代号H。
